Established by Dr Emma Williamson (Consultant Clinical Psychologist, South London & Maudsley NHS Trust), aneemo is a socially responsible start-up working to improve how communities live and work together by empowering staff who work across voluntary, health, and social care services to support individuals experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage. It does this by delivering state-of-the-art Learning-Management-System (LMS) online training and is the only platform specialising in delivering training to staff who work with disadvantaged populations to address social exclusion and inequality, improve access to services, and deliver a trauma-informed response.   


Since launching in 2018, aneemo has been one of the fastest growing LMS platforms in the health and social care sector. Partnering with hundreds of homeless organisations, NHS Trusts, Housing Associations, and local authorities, and reaching organisations in over 35 countries, aneemo’s training is consistently rated highly against all measures, including User Experience, User Interface, content quality and relevance.

The Building Safety Team can use ONE Engage to help discharge their statutory duties and fulfil their legal responsibility to demonstrate they are engaging with residents and measuring the success of their strategies.

 

ONE Engage empowers the “residents voice”, allows the Building Safety Team to be visible and communicate safety related matters. Residents can report safety concerns, request safety information, gain access to important documentation and ensure that any needs they have in an emergency evacuation situation are visible to the Landlord’s Safety Team, and to Fire and Rescue, exactly when they need it.
