Tenant and Resident Engagement Conference

The leading one-day event to help landlords and tenants achieve meaningful engagement that improves services, lives and communities

“The best conference I have attended this year”

Elly Hoult, chief operating officer, Peabody

With the Social Housing (Regulation) Act coming into force in April, the sector is preparing itself for significant reform aimed at putting the tenant at the heart of social housing. Together with unrelenting scrutiny from the Housing Ombudsman and Awaab’s Law changing expectations of landlord services, housing providers cannot afford to stand still.

This year’s Tenant and Resident Engagement conference will explore how to move the dial on the major culture shift that is required to rebuild trust and improve tenant-landlord relationships.

The programme will host nuanced discussions on improving communication, accountability and tackling stigmatising attitudes.

It will look at the practicalities of how to engage tenants in a more inclusive and accessible way to ensure we empower the many and not the few.

Our popular workshops will return where you can experience first-hand innovative engagement methodologies that have proved successful in other sectors.

With over 50 speakers and 500 landlords, tenants and key partners attending, this is a valuable opportunity to learn alongside one another and progress your journey towards meaningful engagement.
