The RSH has placed Kent-based Allnutt Mill Housing Co-operative on its gradings under review list.

Announcing the move, it said it is “currently investigating matters which may indicate serious failings in the landlord delivering the outcomes of the Governance and Financial Viability Standard”.

Landlords being investigated for an issue related to their compliance are added to the regulator’s gradings under review list until the investigation is completed.

Following this, a new narrative regulatory judgement will be published.

At this engagement stage, the regulator does not provide details of its concerns.

However, it thinks it is appropriate to alert stakeholders that it has serious concerns about that landlord’s delivery of the standards outcomes and is investigating.

Allnut Mill manages 46 homes at an estate near Maidstone. Because of its small size, the provider does not have any previous regulatory grades.

Allnut Mill has been contacted for comment.
