Louise Smith and Fin McElhinney
Queens Cross Housing Association, Glasgow, has appointed two new directors: Louise Smith, director of property services, and Fin McElhinney, director of housing and customer services.
Ms Smith was formerly head of property and customer service at NomadE5 housing association in Newcastle, and Mr McElhinney worked at West Dunbartonshire Council where he was responsible for delivering the stock transfer of 5,000 houses. He previously worked as director of customer services with Newark and Sherwood Homes and was director of service delivery at Glasgow Housing Association.
