With an upcoming general election, our opening session will cover the policy and funding needed to support housing providers’ investment in existing social homes. We’ll touch on how approaches to building safety, decarbonisation, and social housing quality should work in tandem, and look at the policy asks of the sector to drive a fair and scalable national retrofit programme. The session will also include an update on schemes that are supporting the provision of safe, warm and quality homes for tenants and residents.
