Parity Projects uses data science, software and analysis to help its clients deliver their net zero and fuel poverty programmes. We make property data easy to work with, with a range of flexible reporting and modelling options that draw on additional market, geographic and socio-economic data. 

Landlords can use our Portfolio service to make sense of their various data sources, and model retrofit options in detail, while Pathways provides local authorities with energy performance data on all homes in their area, across tenure.

Our mission across our services is to provide a retrofit plan for every home. We have so far supplied them to landlords of over 2 million homes, local authorities home to over half the population, and are launching a service for private homeowners in 2024 under the Ecofurb brand.
