Home Group provides integrated housing health & care services to customers who live in our homes. Rachael has led the strategic development of Home group’s of new models of care over the last 13 years to deliver services that directly support the NHS and Social Care. At the forefront of that work has been bringing in-house clinical expertise and clinical oversight to facilitate the change. Implementing a care and clinical approach to both customers homes and lives.
Prior to being appointed Rachael was Director of Supported Housing at Riverside Housing Association (1998-2009). Rachael has worked for a range of housing and care providers across the voluntary sector and Local Authorities
Rachael is currently vice-chair of the membership body CLINKS representing 3rd sector organisations involved in Criminal Justice and is a board member of Nimbus Disability. Rachael was previously vice-chair the National Abbeyfield Society.
