These awards recognise those passionate and inspirational teams, leaders and staff members who go the extra mile.

Last year’s winners can be found here.

This year, however, saw one initiative take home an impressive three awards: community interest company No Floor No More, which collects and recycles flooring to ensure Hertfordshire Council tenants don’t have to live with bare floors.

The standard of entries was as high as ever, and the judges had their work cut out once again. Congratulations to all the nominees – and especially to this year’s winners.

See the full list of this year’s winners below, and keep an eye for a full write-up, with learnings from all the winners, coming soon.
