Paul Butterworth, head of social housing at law firm TLT, said: “This campaign has been one of the standout moments of my career and I am honoured to have had the chance to run and speak to so many people about the future of the CIH and the housing profession.”

Terrie Alafat CBE, chief executive of CIH, said: “We’re delighted to announce that Jim will be the next vice-president of the Chartered Institute of Housing.”
