Grenfell Inquiry day 43: call handler ‘uncomfortable’ with insisting residents stayed put

A call handler talking to trapped residents in Grenfell Tower said she was uncomfortable to tell people to stay in their homes because of the effect that the Lakanal House fire in 2009 had had on her.
