The charity has also appointed Jo Moran to its board as part of preparations to grow its portfolio and provide more high-quality housing for London’s workers on modest incomes.

Ms Moran has over 30 years’ experience in the retail industry and was most recently head of customer service at Marks & Spencer, a position she held for 12 years.

According to Dolphin, the association is looking to expand its portfolio, with more than 300 homes in planning or under development, to accommodate the increasing demand for affordable housing for London’s key workers near to their places of work.

The charity’s strategy aims to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to regulatory requirements, including health and safety requirements, and to streamline its approach to repairs and use technology to improve customer experience.

Olivia Harris, chief executive of Dolphin Living, said: “Having worked with Andrew over the past four years, I am delighted that he will now be chairing the board.

“Jo has frontline business experience that will support our mission to deliver top-level customer service while growing our portfolio and increasing the number of people we support. I have no doubt that both will bring insight, vision and expertise to the charity.”
