Boots picks modular developer for 600-home scheme

According to Ilke Homes, the modular house builder will work with architecture firm HTA Design to curate a ‘model village’.

All 505 houses will have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of at least B, making them more energy-efficient than 92% of all new builds in the UK. A reserved matters planning application is due to be submitted imminently.
