Biography
Lucy specialises in social housing finance and general lending. Acting for both borrowers and funders, her clients include housing associations, charities, SPVs, JVs, corporates and statutory bodies.
Her practice covers all forms of lending, including secured and unsecured bank debt, and private placements and bonds in the capital markets. She is also a leading member of Winckworth Sherwood’s cross-sector ESG working group, with a focus on sustainable finance.
Lucy is passionate about the social housing sector and sustainable development.
