The Regulator of Social Housing is introducing a new set of standards by which it will judge the sectors performance – moving on from its previous empowerment standard to one focused on transparency and residents’ influence and accountability.

As part of this, requirements to collect data for new tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) came into effect in April. Social landlords are now starting to measure these and have to report back to tenants and regulators on their findings in summer 2024.

In this webinar, Tim Quinlan, senior insight manager at Riverside, joined Inside Housing editor Martin Hilditch. Together they discussed how organisations can best collect, report and act on TSMs, drawing on research and real-life insight.
