The Regulator of Social Housing is introducing a new set of standards by which it will judge the sector’s performance – moving on from its previous empowerment standard to one focused on transparency and residents’ influence and accountability.
As part of this, requirements to collect data for new tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) came into effect in April. Social landlords are now starting to measure these and have to report back to tenants and regulators on their findings in summer 2024.
