The housing crisis is only getting more severe as not enough new social homes are being built. A long-term plan to tackle underinvestment in the sector is needed and a clear case for increasing social and affordable housing provision needs to be put forward to the government. This session will look at how we can come together to amplify our ambitions to address the urgency of the housing crisis:

• Setting out the value of social housing to new MPs
• Influencing policies on behalf of tenants and residents to be a voice for change
• Keeping colleagues and leaders informed of the political climate and the potential implications for the organisation
• Understanding the impact of devolution on stakeholder engagement
