In his role at Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Association, Rudi spearheads the organisation’s social value strategy across its new build developments nationwide. His leadership orchestrates not just initiatives but genuine transformations that enrich communities and pave the way for sustainable development.

 

Rudi’s influence is most evident through his pioneering work on the Social Value in Procurement Programme. This ground-breaking initiative has successfully generated £16m in social impact in 2023-24, weaving social responsibility into the fabric of Clarion’s supply chain. Furthermore, his efforts have directly secured £1m in financial donations to Clarion Futures, the organisation’s charitable foundation.

 

Beyond his professional achievements, Rudi’s commitment to improving lives extends to influential roles in several charitable organisations. He is a board member of The Money Charity, where he has been instrumental in extending financial well-being workshops to more than 300,000 young people. He also sits on the board of Cameo, a charity focused on dementia care, where he works to improve the quality of life for individuals and families affected by this condition.
