Under Jonathan’s leadership, Karbon Property Services has gone from strength to strength. One recent success was Jonathan’s introduction of artificial intelligence tools to prevent repeat repairs. He also leads Karbon’s cost-sharing vehicle, Karbon Solutions, that provides services to several social housing providers across the North of England. Under his leadership this service has more than tripled its annual turnover.

 

But Jonathan’s impact is not confined to Karbon. He also chairs the North East Property Directors Forum, a body that enables like-minded organisations in the region to come together and share best practice. Jonathan is known for his personable nature – and this is allied with a strong focus on data, analytics and insight, informing his evidence-based decision-making style.

 

Balancing people and data can be challenging, but Jonathan manages it with ease and an easygoing approach that garners a high degree of respect from his peers and colleagues.
