Jamie and his colleague developed a predictive model to assess the risk of damp and mould across SNG’s housing stock, which has laid the groundwork for better practice across the housing sector as a whole. 

 

Additionally, Jamie’s contributions to customer segmentation work have been invaluable. The model he has helped to develop has provided crucial insights into customers’ preferences and behaviours, helping ensure their interactions with SNG are as effortless as possible, while also paving the way for the development of services in the future based on genuine customer needs and values.
