Chris has also shone in his work across the organisation to develop a new approach to repairs. He developed a new policy and procedure for customer feedback that focused on early contact with the customer – an approach that has helped to break down the defensive barriers that can sometimes appear. He has developed a new balance between local knowledge and central expertise to radically improve the standard of complaint replies, while responding to almost 99% of complaints on time.
He has developed excellent external relationships with partners, working with local councillors and other representatives to create positive relationships in which there is a genuine joint resolve to improve issues for customers.
