Charlotta joined Argyll Community Housing Association (ACHA) in 2021 as a graduate trainee, on a three-year programme – and her track record has been impressive from the start. During her placement, Charlotta carried out a number of research projects for various teams and was instrumental in implementing a new communications platform to support employee engagement.

 

She analysed the results of Argyll’s tenant satisfaction survey and its factored owners survey, and then presented her findings to the board to help improve the delivery of services. Charlotta has also been involved in a number of working groups, including one on agile working, and supported the development of a new agile working charter for ACHA.

 

She recently took on the role of senior corporate services assistant, which involves supporting health and safety compliance, supporting business continuity work and playing a key role in governance and compliance, as well as supporting digital communications. Charlotta has developed a good understanding of all areas of the business and a bright future awaits.
