In her role at Manningham Housing Association in Bradford, Carolina’s groundbreaking work in the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has positioned Manningham as a leader in the digital innovation. Initially joining as an administrative assistant, Carolina quickly rose to a managerial role from which she oversees recruitment, training, IT and communications. Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and the quality of the association’s services.

 

But Carolina’s vision extends beyond technology adoption. She encourages a culture that is receptive to innovation, which not only boosts employee satisfaction and efficiency, but also improves Manningham’s levels of service delivery.
