Cameron Anterkyi

Cameron took on a permanent role at Sovereign Network Group (SNG) – Network Homes, as it was then – after a year in a graduate placement scheme. During those 12 months, it became clear he had real aspirations to make his mark in the sector.

In his first year, Cameron stepped up to co-chair the organisation’s Racial Equality Action Group. He has made himself visible by being a prolific author of blogs on SNG’s workplace intranet. A recent example of this is when he challenged stereotypes around masculinity, citing his own childhood and upbringing. It was a courageous thing to do, and the strength of character and resolve this displayed earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues. Cameron’s colleagues say he is a real asset to SNG.
